Modern office setting Growth opportunities Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Our firm is seeking a Bookkeeper to assist with a variety of office and bookkeeping duties, including assisting in the processing of payments and the development of reports and spreadsheets.
Experience with Quickbooks is required for this position and the successful candidate should enjoy office work and have a passion for accounting.
Responsibilities:
Balance general ledger accounts.
Prepare bank reconciliations.
Prepare reports.
Prepare payroll.
Prepare tax accruals and filings for all entities for federal, state, and local tax requirements.
Provide general accounting support.
Review financial statements.
Review financial reports.
Monitor trends in financial statements.
