4 Quick Apply Full-time 9 hours ago Full Job Description Summary We are seeking experienced installation leads with the ability to run jobs in the construction of metal stud framing and hanging of commercial walls.
Candidates should have at least five (5) years commercial drywall experience, previous framing of metal and stud walls.
Someone with a strong construction background, with hands on experience in framing, vinyl siding, cutting, measuring and leading crews should apply.
This position is the leader of the crew and will assist in performing the duties necessary to accomplish the daily goals of the project(s).
This position requires communication skills necessary to establish and maintain good relationships with the customer and the crew.
This person is required to display a professional appearance, positive attitude, and leadership skills.
Good judgment and organizational skills are necessary in order to complete jobs in a timely manner.
This person will be skilled in all primary furniture installation applications.
Responsibilities Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with the crew and self at all times.
Responsible for the quality and budget performance of assigned projects.
Understand and meet job time frames and customer expectations.
Maintain company procedures and policies at all times.
Understand the installation process and be able to communicate with the crew through the process.
Motivate, delegate and follow-thru on the general responsibilities of the installers.
Conduct the on-the-job training of entry level through seasoned installers.
Communicate with the customer, Installation Supervisor, Project Manager, and Account Rep regarding project status.
Responsible for filling out and verifying the crew's timesheets and submitting to the Installation Supervisor.
Assist other departments as requested.
Responsible for collecting expense reports and submitting to the Installation Supervisor.
Adhere to and enforce the company dress code and safety procedures.
Maintain and enforce with crewmembers, that they have and bring to the installation site a complete set of tools at all times.
Acts as the company's agent to guard against damage, mistreatment or loss of Storr and customer owned property.
