Job Description and Responsibilities Pennoni is currently seeking a Principal Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead multi-discipline designs for public and private site development projects. This position will primarily manage associate and graduate level engineers in all aspects of projects through conceptual/planning, preliminary design, detailed design, construction documentation, permitting documents and engineering reports. Preparing civil/site engineering designs and plans for jurisdictional approval and permitting Working with design staff, engineers, and other Project Managers to complete projects within established budgets Completing tasks and assignments as directed by other Project Managers within the time frames and budgets set for the particular project Knowledge of design standards being used by various clients and ability to develop engineering solutions Documenting solutions in an organized manner and then accurately describing them to other Project Managers and the design team Experience with project development, budget constraints, filing of project data, meeting design criteria, assuring that work has been completed and reviewed by competent personnel, the design work meets the client's requirements, and has been through a QA/QC process prior to being delivered to the client Leading meetings with clients and providing updates on project status Business development through identifying and securing new clients Serve as a mentor for less experienced staff Job Requirements Required Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar Professional Engineer (PE) License 20
years of related experience 12 years of project management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Attributes:
Experience in residential and commercial development, water resources engineering and stormwater management design and permitting Desire and ability to manage and lead less experienced staff Focused on building client relationships.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real Estate, Civil EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
