We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Insight Digital Innovation team.
What Our Business Analyst s Do:
- Elicit and write requirements along with business process modeling
- Work with Product Owner as his/her proxy utilizing Agile knowledge and experience
- Discuss business requirements with client / Product Owner and create user stories
- Drive engagement and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to lead prioritization and refinement of requirements with stakeholders
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communications skills
- Support Scrum Masters / Project Managers for Sprint Planning
What we look for at Insight:
- 5
years of experience writing requirements - Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude
- CBAP, CSM, PSM or PSPO highly desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors Degree or higher
