Experience:
To qualify for the GS-05 level, applicants must possess at least one full year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-04). Examples of Specialized Experience include:
1) Conducting research of real property functions to collect data for real estate projects; 2) Preparing real property files for leases or other commercial or office real estate transactions; and 3) Analyzing leasing or other commercial or office real estate projects to determine real estate requirements. OR Education:
four years of education above high school level leading to a Bachelor's Degree. OR Combination of education and
Experience:
A combination of post-high school education (in excess of the first 60 semester hours) and the specialized experience described above. Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
