As a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, GS-0201-12, you will provide management advisory services to all aspects of program management regarding Soldier Services; exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities; oversee the activities of program areas and ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are met; meet with key customer and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolve problems that arise; perform work and supervision in one or more of the following programs:
Casualty Operations/Survivor Outreach Services, Military Funeral Honors (MFH), Yellow ribbon, and Domestic Violence Prevention and Suicide Prevention. Military Grades:

Experience, education or training which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management. Experience:
Must have at least 36 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting advanced concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements. Experience assisting in the development of Human Resources policies and procedures. Experience advising management on Human Resources principles and practices. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Substitution of Education for Specialized
Experience:
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university, meets the GS-5 level requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
