Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-7 level) that demonstrates:
Researching inquiries and providing guidance and advisory services to customers at multiple levels related to staffing. Maintaining Personnel management and file/records management. Coordinating training events and providing input or recommendations for training requirements. Researching and interpreting basic regulations and guides. Assisting in the development of staffing reports. Assisting in providing services to customers at multiple levels related to staffing. 0301 Qualification Standards Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
