SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Program & Product Launches, is responsible for development, launch, and management of key commercial initiatives across North America, which focus on understanding and influencing customer buying behavior, growing product revenue, developing new go-to-market approaches, developing competitive strategies and tactics, and/or increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key initiative topics may include, but are not limited to new product launches, new product support programs, portfolio management, customer communications, and product profitability, as well as process improvement in these areas as we scale the organization.
This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and reports directly to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations, North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage commercial marketing programs and tools, which accelerate Invisalign product adoption and revenue growth and advance its competitive position. This implies a deep understanding of Align's customer base (orthodontists, general dentists, special markets (DSOs)), product benefits, and competitive landscape.
Lead or oversee commercial initiatives/projects from design to execution
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the North America and Global organization, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
Liaise with customers to better understand impact of commercial initiatives, as well as potential ways to improve Align's value proposition in these areas
Proactively provide recommendations for improvements to commercial initiatives process

Responsibilities:
Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned
Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/business; Master's degree in marketing/ business preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in sales or marketing with a proven track record of excellent performance
Commercial experience in the medical device/life sciences industry critical
Strong understanding of the essentials of sales and marketing
Ability to deal with ambiguity will need to create scenarios of alternate outcomes and make recommendations about the implications of commercial programs based on limited and imperfect information
Excellent persuasive communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and with customers; must able to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
