Event Coordinator - Training Provided
Our company is looking to grow its team with graduates as well as with applicants with experience in marketing, customer service, or public relations.
Vanguard stands as one of Raleigh's leading event-based marketing firms, working with a diverse group of specialty clients with the focused goal of increasing brand awareness and retail development. With several contracts with large national retailers, our company is able to offer a growing list of interested clients the ability to find effective growth in exposure and product awareness.
Paid marketing training is offered to qualified applicants selected to join our Event division. Our company offers hands-on training, daily coaching, and national resources for effective growth. Entry-Level Event Coordinators will assist in the development, preparation, and execution of client events while being cross-trained in all aspects of our growing business.
Preferred Qualities o Associates or Bachelor's degree o Some Marketing Experience o Self-driven o Career-oriented o Looking to grow
We are seeking associates who are looking to grow, and qualified team members can advance into leadership and management in under a year. Leaders oversee a small marketing team while learning important skills in mentoring, interviewing, marketing, and more. Managers will staff and lead multiple marketing teams while managing multiple client campaigns and events.
Only full-time, entry-level positions are available to begin in but it is not a set 9-5 schedule, allowing for some flexibility. Travel opportunities are available, and growth is solely based on merit, not experience or seniority. The company structure is young, modern, and fun and we are looking to add positive hardworking people who are looking to get their foot in the door of marketing to our team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
