Summary:
Negotiates changes in scope and scale of work and pricing. Coordinates materials and schedules with general superintendents, customers and subcontractor workforce. Communicates and coordinates projects with customers and company. Consolidates and documents all billing information. Coordinates all information and schedules with supervisors and customers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry or trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Handles multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Prioritize, organizes, and delegates assignments.
Working hours: 40
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university with a major construction Management, Engineering, or other related field preferred.
Hours are M-F 7AM-5:30PM with evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
Three to five years related experience required.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
