One of our clients has a brand-new opportunity for a Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Raleigh, NC.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Perform, document, and maintain equipment install, move, add, and change at the request of the client
- Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily
- Inventory equipment on a bi-weekly basis
- Coordinating with the designated client contact
- Ordering and tracking parts
- Updating and closing the incident
