We provide the tools and services they need to run their businesses efficiently.
We have a busy office in Raleigh, NC, with fun people and a lot of diverse roles.
Our staff supports more than 500 very successful advisors all over the country (plus a handful overseas).
Our onboarding and support team is adding a new member to help cover several functions as we continue to grow.
This job will entail learning a lot of different things and no two days will be the same.
The position is a mix of onboarding new contractors and supporting our existing network.
We are looking for someone who can learn new tasks quickly.
Examples of Tasks Assist onboarding team with some administrative tasks when adding new advisors.
Follow-up with recent additions to make sure transition is proceeding smoothly.
Create logins for websites and tools.
Help setup for training days; make sure classroom is stocked with snacks and drinks, order lunches, prepare handbooks.
Create and ship training documents.
Track annual renewal documents for members.
Technical onboarding assistance (setting up emails and signatures) Essential Skills Great customer service - our agents are our most important clients and our primary role is supporting them and their businesses.
You must be clear, concise and polite in both written and verbal communications.
A willingness to jump in to help others to solve problems.
Ability to work independently but communicate issues with the team (and know when to ask for help).
Organization, maintaining records.
Microsoft Office tools:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint are necessary.
Previous experience with Airtable, Monday, or other CRM tools appreciated.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
