EOE Position Information:
The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the check in and out process of patients presenting for medical appointments.
Position is responsible for entering and verifying identified data into the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy.
Ensures patients receive exceptional customer service answers patient calls completes scheduling duties and complete insurance verification.
Understands the needs of the organization and supports the missions values and management of WakeMed Physician Practices.
Experience Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
