General Laborer/Pest Control Technician


Job Description:
-We are a locally owned Pest Control Company established in 2009 that prides itself employee care offering the best schedule, competitive pay, and incredible employee perks.
-We are expected explosive growth this year and are in need of people to grow with us.
-Flexible shifts working three 12 hour shifts and getting 4 days off.
Shifts are either Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday.
-Tons of overtime opportunity and commission structures for those who want to maximize their income.
-No need to have experience, we are more than happy to train you on everything you need to know while being paid!Job Duties:
-Determine the type of service needed for homes and execute pest treatments.
-Provide phenomenal customer service to your own customer base.
-Practice superior safety habits according to company standards, while driving a company vehicle, and performing service.
-Organize daily routes based on location (you'll get to know the Triangle like the back of your hand!)-Resolve customer concerns with a calm, helpful demeanor.
Communication is key!-Record services rendered, products used, and customer information.
Requirements:
-Must be 18+-Driving record must have 2 or less moving violations in the last 5 years.
-Background checks and drug tests prior to employment.
-Ability to lift and maneuver 40 lbs
throughout the day.
-NO Experience needed! We will train you!Benefits (the good stuff!):

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
