We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join in our warehouse operations and activities.
Warehouse Associate's responsibilities include storing materials, picking, and scanning orders.

Responsibilities Examines contents and compares with records, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments Assists in determining the shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates Records shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for record-keeping purposes Stores shipping materials and supplies to maintain an inventory of stock Computes amounts, such as space available, and shipping, storage, and damage charges, using a calculator or price list Assembles, addresses, stamps, and loads merchandise or material Receives, unpacks, verifies, and records incoming merchandise or material Aids and assists the warehouse department by loading crates into outgoing trailers and putting receivables in a location in the warehouse Assists production by using a forklift whenever needed Keeps a safe, clean, and organized work-space Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be computer literate Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capable of standing and bending for long periods Basic math skills Understand written and oral instructions 1-2 years experience in a similar role Experience in a Hardware Store a plus Benefits 9 Holiday payment 13 days of paid vacation per year Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Short and long term disability insurance 401(k) with best employer match program Job Type:
