As a Social Media Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop creative and engaging content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive relationships with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Social Listening:
Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitor activities on social media.
Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries and concerns via social media platforms, providing assistance and resolutions as needed.
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
