Your Opportunity - Land Specialist Epcon continues to grow in Raleigh creating a need for additional talent.
The Land Specialist utilizes project management, analytical, and administrative skills to support the efforts of the land acquisition and development departments to acquire and develop a land pipeline to meet current and future lot goals necessary to build our communities.
Compiles landowner contact information, prepares budgets for land purchases, tracks home sales data, and analyzes demographics to verify submarkets for our communities.
Organizes and tracks all information, steps, and progress to move our projects through the entitlement process.
Maintains and tracks the budget for the vertical construction of Epcon homes.
Coordinates the transition of the community from development to Epcon's HOA liaison.
Requirements for Success - Land Specialist Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role in land acquisition, homebuilding or real estate related field preferred.
Strong work ethic, value system and high level of adaptability.
Ability to compile, organize and track detailed information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with intermediate skills in Excel.
Experience in the use of market research tools including MLS, GIS (IMAP's, ect), ESRI, Land Vision.
Knowledge of the Raleigh MSA a plus.
