Summary:
Reporting to the Principal Investigator, the Student Research Assistant is forUndergraduate upperclassmen (Juniors and Seniors).
Students are expected to assist faculty in theidentification and dissemination of academic research, including but not limited to collection and analysis.
Students must participate in training of the statistical and thematic analysis of data.
Students should havean interest in social science research.
Students may be given the opportunity to present at academicresearch presentations and/or publish academic research papers.
Students with high demands on theirschedules due to extra-curricular, athletic competitions or other academic duties should not applyStatus:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
