Business Development Manager Remote role, anywhere in the US Open Sky Group is a dynamic and innovative global supply chain solution and consulting firm, strategically located near Raleigh, North Carolina.

The Business Development Manager is an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team.
Reporting to sales leadership, this is a full-time, exempt position with no supervisory responsibility.
Using Salesforce, the Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining an active prospect pipeline.
They will work to build relationships with key decision-makers and support all sales efforts, as needed.
Requirements Daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages with prospects in the pipeline to introduce and build a relationship with OSG.
Qualifies prospects with regard to budget, authority/ability, need, and timeline.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and sales staff.
Establish relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
Maintains contact and sales data in CRM (Salesforce).
Responds to requests from customers for information by delivering appropriate marketing materials, scheduling meetings with sales staff, or delivering presentations.
Develops and uses scripts for targeting prospects in different verticals.
In partnership with the marketing team, develops brochures or other print or electronic ads to market corporate services.
Identifies revenue opportunities within customer industries through targeted communications, marketing campaigns, and other activities, as needed.
Participates in the completion of RFP's working with other departments to gather information and reviewing with sales leadership.
Experience 2-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales.
Experience selling software licenses and/or SaaS.
Experience working in the supply chain industry, highly preferred.
Work Location and Travel Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
Can live anywhere in the US.
This is a home-based, full-time, exempt role.
This position requires the ability to travel up to 50% by airplane and/or car, with overnights.

Annual base salary range:
$55,000 - $75,000.
The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses, and other relevant factors.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
