value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day Support field supervision for technical needs by being available and visible in the field Collaborate with Work Methods Specialist, Project Managers (PM), and field supervision to execute work in the field Collaborate with all Shared Services groups as required to support the Company, Client, and project requirements Assist in developing technical work practices to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Approve alterations to Work Instructions and Integrated Work Plans.
Conduct field checks of the Integrated Work Plans and Work Instructions being used to execute safety, quality, and productivity (SQP) Assist in the development of bid document components related to safety, technical aspects, and work plans.
Verify and validate that employee's and subcontractors are competent and qualified to perform their work task Verify tools and equipment are certified, correct materials in place, permits and training for the for the job are in place.
Work closely with Operations Management and Shared Services in managing aspects of safety including incident prevention, training compliance, and addressing continuous improvement Collaborate with field supervision to identify and execute opportunities for continual improvement at the project site level Ensure quality checks are completed in timely manner directly after task completion for client acceptance and sign off.
Coordinate with field supervision to ensure equipment is being utilized in the most cost-efficient way and managed when its no longer required on the project Direct role in selecting, mobilizing, and demobilizing field supervision, work crews, and workers to support the schedule and contract requirements Other projects & duties as assigned What We Are Looking For:
Journeyman Lineman or Journeyman Electrician Certificate Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Project Management, an engineering discipline related to the company's work, or similar technical degree.
Minimum of seven (7) years related supervisory experience or combination of education and years experience Strong written and oral communication skills Result oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines Able to build strong relationships with employees and clients Successful completion of a pre-access drug and alcohol test Have and maintain a valid driver license and acceptable driver abstract Experience working on Transmission and/or Distribution powerlines an asset FB Timberline is a subsidiary under the Forbes Bros.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
