Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing our company's financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate monthly financials for all subsidiaries.

Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation.
2.
Manage the preparation of all financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
3.
Oversee billing, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and tax compliance.
4.
Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
5.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
6.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
7.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
3.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
4.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
5.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
6.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
7.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
8.
Self-motivated and self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision.
9.
Ability to work closely with a senior management team.
