Must have Autodesk Revit and Excel estimating experience.
Our team is dedicated to approaching each project individually and ensuring the best experience for our customers with transparency and integrity at the core.
Over the last three decades, we have developed relationships with a wide network of local architects, artisans, craftspeople, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, revise and present detailed estimates for residential and commercial construction projects from plans and existing conditions.
Visit job sites as required.
Work with the homeowner to build a scope of work if one does not exist yet.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors & subcontractors.
Solicit bids from subcontractors & vendors.
Manage bids from subcontractors Prepare material & labor estimates for upcoming projects on time.
Prepare detailed cost analysis.
Present highly detailed estimates to clients in a clear, understandable manner.
Compile and record actual costs for use by the site supervisors and project manager.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to read & interpret plan files & detailed schematics.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, construction management, or related field preferred.
