We are looking for a full-time Estimator in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities:
Collect documentation, plans, technical drawings, and project specifications Obtain quotes, study documentations, construction site visits understanding the scope of the project Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and place bids according to the projects needs Designer proposals, cost by using bid data and present those to management and other stakeholders Prepared detailed estimates by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and plans Analyze data, forecast, risk and check deals by evaluating offers and quotes Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field 3 to 5 years of working in commercial, civil construction or related field experience Able to operate with ProCore, Sage, iSqFT, QucikBid, Prolog.
or Bluebeam Revu Strong communication and organizational skills as it would be a key role within the project connecting stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and worker Able to prioritize tasks while consistently accomplish deadlines RFI's, change orders, and project scheduling Identify the important factors affecting the overall cost and be able to communicate them to the team Pay/Salary / Duration / Hours / Other:
