Lenovo is looking for an experienced, energetic and results driven leader to manage a team of Solution Specialists and Solution Architects who support the growing PC and x86 Enterprise Services business.
This team is responsible for the end to end development of custom Services Solutions proposals. The team engages in pre-sales directly with our customers on a consultative basis. They seek to understand their current PC lifecycle management processes with the objective of finding additional efficiencies and opportunities to reduce costs and the burden on IT staff by leveraging services from Lenovo. They bring a focus on Professional/Managed services leveraging custom automation capabilities where possible. Deep understanding of HW maintenance agreements and requirements are also required.
This team also leads the development of comprehensive proposals in response to RFP's, RFQ's and direct customer engagements led by our Services Sales team. In addition to leading the internal solution strategy, they are responsible for aligning the scope of requirements to the appropriate partner who can deliver the highest quality and cost effective solution on Lenovo's behalf. Following the proposal the team develops and negotiates customer and partner SOWs and Master Service Agreements. Identification and sharing of best practices from both an internal and customer perspective are critical to drive ongoing efficiencies and success rates.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective and successful interaction with all levels of customers and internal Lenovo sales and leadership are essential for the leader of this team. The leader of this team will be expected to further build out Lenovo's capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions for both PC and x86 infrastructure services. This is an evolving business so comfort with a fast paced business and dynamic environment is critical. This leader will actively engage with other organizational leaders from Sales, Finance, Legal and Procurement in addition to customers and business partners.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
