Assistant Manager (with FOH and BOH experience) needed for a NEW RESTAURANT OPENING of a scratch kitchen casual dining restaurant in Raleigh, NC.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years management experience (FOH and BOH) in a high volume casual restaurant
Prefer some corporate and fine dining/ upscale dining experience
High School Diploma or higher education
Stability as defined by no more than 2 employers/ jobs in the past 5 years.
