Interior Designer/Interior Architect

Gensler's Raleigh office is looking for anInterior Designer/Interior Architect with Corporate Interiors (workplace)to join the team. The ideal candidate must have5 -7 yearsof experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform interior design assignments that include conceptual design, schematic design, design development & construction documents
Provides design support for completion and execution of design projects
Develop space planning concepts, generate program documents and test fits when required
Participates in selection of FF&E color palettes & material presentations, and generate specifications
Good working knowledge of furniture systems, specifications and vendor relations.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3-D programs, Sketch-Up and other modeling software programs
Proficient in In-Design / Photoshop / Creative Adobe Suite applications
Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited school
Excellent graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas
Knowledge offurniture, finishes, materials and specifications
Good collaboration skills, organized and able to work in a team environment
Certification or state licensed is a plus but not required
LEED accreditation
